Make a difference in a teen’s life and see the difference it makes in yours!

At Underground PM  (5:30-7:30pm Middle and High School Students)

Relational volunteers commit to mentoring and co-leading a weekly Bible study for a small group of students and being present at Student Ministry events. Additionally, PM leaders are invested in their students’ lives outside of regular program time and may meet with students on a regular basis.  This is very valuable in developing the close personal relationships that are important to small group ministry.

 At Underground AM (9:30-10:30 am)

Relational volunteers spend quality time getting to know and care for our students on a personal level. Relational volunteers are not only present to help with the program but to invest in students by welcoming, talking with, and connecting students to the VPC community. Some examples include: facilitating discussion during Underground AM, teaching, teaching our special needs class, helping new students integrate and meet other students, and helping welcome students as they arrive.

Other ways to Volunteer –Hospitality, Administrative, Shopping, Tech Support, and Mission/Service Opportunities

We welcome all volunteers and appreciate the variety of gifts that God has given each of us.  Whatever your gift, we can use your help in Student Ministries.  Some examples include: setting up and helping with preparations for Underground AM/PM or special events, shopping for food/event supplies, helping with tech support, administrative support including help organizing the student Media Center, organizing equipment/supplies, cleaning, helping with a service project or coordinating/helping lead a Summer Mission Project.
