A Simple Service for Difficult Times

The pastoral staff of VPC recognizes that due to our proximity to our nation’s capital there are many in our congregation who are facing an uncertain employment future. We know that this is not the only difficulty that our church, our friends, and our neighbors are facing and so the pastors felt called to offer a simple meal and a simple service as a way of gathering the church together around relationship, prayer, and worship. This invitation is open to all, with a simple meal at 6:30 pm and a service of prayer at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 19. You can choose to attend the meal, the service, or both. Prayer leaders will be available following the brief service for individual prayer.
