Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday is a day when we are invited to contemplate our own mortality, from the Genesis 3:19 curse of human sin: “for you are dust (ashes) and to dust (ashes) you shall return.”
- Noon-1pm: We will offer a simple drive-through experience in the Park Street parking lot between noon and 1pm. There you will receive ashes, pray with a pastor, and have the opportunity to take home materials for further reflection and/or to share with family members (incl. children).
- 7pm: we will have a service of music, prayer and imposition of ashes in the sanctuary.
