Congregational Meeting

The Session of VPC has called for the Annual Meeting of the Congregation to be held in-person on February 9th, immediately following the 9:00 service. There will be only one service held on the 9th in recognition of the Annual Meeting. The purpose of this meeting will be for the congregation to give thanks for the ministry of the year gone by, to receive the annual budget, to approve the Terms of Call for the pastors, and to elect additional members to serve as Deacons. The annual report will be available starting on January 26th and all members are encouraged it to have reviewed it prior to the meeting on February 9th.
