Dr. Reverend Esau McCaulley is an associate professor of New Testament at Wheaton College. The author of several books, including one* which won Christianity Today’s book of the year award, Dr. McCaulley is a contributing opinion writer for the New York Times. He also writes in the Washington Post, The Religious News Service, and Christianity Today. Together with his wife, Mandy, a pediatrician and navy reservist, Dr. McCaulley is the father of four children.
