Halloween Pre-Parade Hot Dog Event

We will be grilling hot dogs, popping popcorn, and providing water bottles for the Vienna community prior to the Halloween parade on Wednesday, October 26 from 6-7:30 and it is FREE! Invite your friends and neighbors to stop by as you are waiting for the parade to start.
