Liberty Amendments Month celebrates four amendments to our Constitution that, together, provide a common opportunity for all to help shape our nation and benefit our diverse heritage. Liberty Amendments Month will start on June 19 (Juneteenth) and run through July 19, 2021. Each week of Liberty Amendments Month will focus on one of the Constitutional amendments that extends rights and liberties to U.S. citizens who originally were excluded from the Constitution.
VPC’s Mission Team, and the Ministry for Racial Reconciliation and Healing are hosting two concerts. A June 26, Then and Now: Gospel music walk through the Freedom Struggle at 6:00pm on The Town Green. A kickoff event with the town of Vienna is a Justice For All Concert and Celebration on July 3 from 6:00-8:00pm on The Town Green. The event will also feature food vendors, civic organizations, voter registration and more.
Belong! is also sponsoring a writing contest for 5th graders at Cunningham elementary school that will be showcased at the towns finale event. Find out about all the
