An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Sunday, repeating until June 8, 2025
Make friends at church and get some great advice for your parenting journey while your babies, kids, and teens enjoy their own community with the programs happening for them on Sundays at 10:30. Drop in whenever you have the chance! You are welcome any week you can make it, and there’s no prep-work to participate.
Fall Series: “Creating a Thriving Household”
We all long for households where our children can thrive and flourish. But even though our world is more connected than ever, our kids (and their parents!) can often struggle with feelings of isolation and anxiety. Parents at all stages are invited to join us to contemplate what the Bible says about our households and consider what new research projects have revealed, including how some of the healthiest, most vibrant homes extend beyond the nuclear family to include people that may not be biologically related but feel like family. We’ll learn how messy prayers, loud tables, and open doors can help nurture a vibrant household of faith, no matter what stage of life you are in. We hope you’ll join us—you might just be surprised by how God wants to work in and through your household!
Time: Sundays, 10:30-11:30 AM at VPC
Dates: The group meets weekly from September through May, starting September 15
Location: Room 310
Group Leaders: Chuck and Corrine Fields, Katie and Daniel Balberchak
How to Join: Show up any week and be welcomed. If you would like to speak with someone before attending the group, click here to connect with one of the group leaders, Katie, by email.
