All-Project Training

The Summer Mission Project really begins on our first day of training, when we gather as a team to prayerfully and strategically prepare for our week of mission work. These meetings serve a multitude of purposes, including, but not limited to: spiritual and mental preparation; understanding the motivation for and goal of our service; getting to know the students and leaders on your team; learning about the people we’ll be serving, and more!

Therefore, all SMP participants are required to attend these two all-SMP training meetings, in addition to any project-specific meetings called by the Project Coordinator. To state it clearly, if you have an unexcused absence at either of the meetings, you may not participate in the mission project. We are giving you the dates now, so that you can mark them on your calendar today.
