Kellie Owens

Finance Manager

Kellie oversees the financial resources entrusted to our church, and working with the Financial Management Team, ensures that we are in good fiscal standing. She has several years’ experience in banking and trust administration. Kellie graduated from the College of William and Mary and earned her MBA degree at George Mason University. She and her husband Richard are both Vienna natives and have raised their 3 kids here as well. She enjoys serving VPC’s Great Banquet community as the guest registrar.
