Rev. Dr. David Renwick

Theologian-in-Residence

The Rev. Dr. David Renwick most recently served as Senior Pastor at National Presbyterian Church in Washington, DC., retiring from that position in September 2022 after serving in ministry a total of 45 years. Pastor Renwick and his wife Currie have been worshiping at VPC, and David has contributed in a number of ways here, including teaching and participating in the Monday Night Men’s group. In his voluntary capacity as Theologian-in-Residence, Pastor Renwick anticipates – as he desires and as we have need — assisting the pastoral staff in teaching adult education, speaking to the Monday Night Men’s group, preaching on occasion, and being a part of the fellowship of the Congregation.
